6. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon delivery.

7. Damages & Claims

If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify Velorune within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs and videos of the damage and original packaging must be provided.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted. Velorune may offer repair, replacement, or partial refund at its sole discretion.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and luxury nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are accepted only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
